The local community was also out in force on the day and we enjoyed connecting with local organisations and community members about careers and how we can support the next generation. The expo showcased a range of careers in an engaging way for all ages across a range of industries from health care and beauty, to mining and construction, to emergency services, complete with activations, recruitment advice and interactive activities.    The event was a great opportunity to connect with the local community, inspire the next generation and promote our local operations.  Check out some of the photos from the day below.   ![The Fix May](https://22708561.fs1.hubspotusercontent-na1.net/hub/22708561/hubfs/The%20Fix%20May.jpg?width=1200&length=1200&name=The%20Fix%20May.jpg) ![The Fix May2](https://22708561.fs1.hubspotusercontent-na1.net/hub/22708561/hubfs/The%20Fix%20May2.jpg?width=1200&length=1200&name=The%20Fix%20May2.jpg) ![The Fix May3](https://22708561.fs1.hubspotusercontent-na1.net/hub/22708561/hubfs/The%20Fix%20May3.jpg?width=1200&length=1200&name=The%20Fix%20May3.jpg) ![The Fix May4](https://22708561.fs1.hubspotusercontent-na1.net/hub/22708561/hubfs/The%20Fix%20May4.jpg?width=1200&length=1200&name=The%20Fix%20May4.jpg) ![The Fix May5](https://22708561.fs1.hubspotusercontent-na1.net/hub/22708561/hubfs/The%20Fix%20May5.jpg?width=1200&length=1200&name=The%20Fix%20May5.jpg) ![The Fix May6](https://22708561.fs1.hubspotusercontent-na1.net/hub/22708561/hubfs/The%20Fix%20May6.jpg?width=1200&length=1200&name=The%20Fix%20May6.jpg) ![The Fix May7](https://22708561.fs1.hubspotusercontent-na1.net/hub/22708561/hubfs/The%20Fix%20May7.jpg?width=1200&length=1200&name=The%20Fix%20May7.jpg)   ## Leave a comment Previous Post A win for women in resources Next Post Celebrating NAIDOC Week in 2024 ## Recommended For You [![](https://sustainability.monadelphous.com.au/hubfs/The%20Fix%20May-1.jpg)](https://sustainability.monadelphous.com.au/sustainability-at-monadelphous/inspiring-the-next-generation-in-karratha-0) [Sustainability](https://sustainability.monadelphous.com.au/sustainability-at-monadelphous/tag/sustainability) 1 Min Read ### [Inspiring the next generation in Karratha](https://sustainability.monadelphous.com.au/sustainability-at-monadelphous/inspiring-the-next-generation-in-karratha-0) Our teams in Karratha joined forces to inspire local students and jobseekers at the Karratha Careers Fair in ...
