Our Sustainability framework is made up of five key pillars: People, communities, environment, safety & wellbeing and responsible business delivery.  Our sustainable practices continue to be strengthened through locally-focused community engagement, meaningful Indigenous and gender diversity and inclusion programs, and operationally-driven environmental initiatives.    Check out some stories from across the business, and look out for opportunities to volunteer and take part in initiatives in your local area.  [![](https://sustainability.monadelphous.com.au/hubfs/ThePipeline_Nov25_Blog2.jpg)](https://sustainability.monadelphous.com.au/sustainability-at-monadelphous/top-of-the-class) 1 Min Read ### [Top of the class](https://sustainability.monadelphous.com.au/sustainability-at-monadelphous/top-of-the-class) We recently joined Newton Moore Senior High School for their presentation awards night, where Local Content ...
