Employees from our Victoria Park office, Kalgoorlie and Gladstone operations volunteered their time to clean up local areas, while Kerman Contracting joined the initiative for the first time, collecting litter around their Applecross office. This year's theme, *Beautiful Spaces, Happy Places*, highlights the connection between clean environments and wellbeing. Litter-free spaces help protect wildlife, reduce pollution, support healthy waterways and create places where people feel proud to live and work. Whether collecting a ute-load of rubbish from a roadside or a few bags from local streets, every effort contributes to a cleaner environment. Through many small actions, our people continue to make a meaningful difference in the places we call home. Our involvement in initiatives such as Keep Australia Beautiful reflects Monadelphous' ongoing commitment to environmental stewardship and community engagement. **Thank you to everyone who participated this year. Together, we're helping keep our communities beautiful, one clean-up at a time.** **![Copy of HubSpot Blog Image (67)](https://sustainability.monadelphous.com.au/hs-fs/hubfs/Copy%20of%20HubSpot%20Blog%20Image%20(67).jpg?width=600&height=338&name=Copy%20of%20HubSpot%20Blog%20Image%20(67).jpg)**   ## Leave a comment Previous Post Building future pathways with Follow the Dream students Next Post Strengthening our reconciliation journey in Darwin and Karratha ## Recommended For You [![](https://sustainability.monadelphous.com.au/hubfs/Copy%20of%20HubSpot%20Blog%20Image.png)](https://sustainability.monadelphous.com.au/sustainability-at-monadelphous/the-next-gen-effect) [Sustainability](https://sustainability.monadelphous.com.au/sustainability-at-monadelphous/tag/sustainability) [Community](https://sustainability.monadelphous.com.au/sustainability-at-monadelphous/tag/community) 1 Min Read ### [The Next Gen effect](https://sustainability.monadelphous.com.au/sustainability-at-monadelphous/the-next-gen-effect) Students in the Pilbara are getting a front-row seat to their future, thanks to a refreshed Next Gen program ...
