At Monadelpho​us, our sustainability activities focus on operating in a responsible way, caring for our people and society, and leaving a positive legacy in the communities where we work. Our Sustainability framework is made up of five key pillars: People, communities, environment, safety & wellbeing and responsible business delivery. 

Our sustainable practices continue to be strengthened through locally-focused community engagement, meaningful Indigenous and gender diversity and inclusion programs, and operationally-driven environmental initiatives. ​
